Title: Founding Technical Account Manager

Location: Remote, Eastern Time, includes travel to Latin America

Job Type: Full-Time

As a founding account manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our product and company culture. We are looking for a brilliant, generalist Founding Technical Account Manager with a passion for learning new skills. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with the COO. Your contributions will directly impact the direction and success of our company. This is a great opportunity to get real-world experience with enterprise sales, stay on top of the cutting edge of AI, as well as wear multiple hats and learn more about product development if you are interested. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with English language centers based in Latin America to onboard and implement AI-powered English learning software. Fluent Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Collaborate with the co-founders to enhance client success and help prospects and customers find new AI-powered solutions
  • Collaborate with the co-founders to execute the product and technical vision of the company
  • Work with the engineering team to translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Contribute to building a strong company culture, fostering an environment of excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Product creativity and ownership based on collaborative feedback by customers and others on the team.
